In may 2014 Lea and I practiced the backbird pop to reverse bird, something rather difficult in acroyoga... If you don't know what it means, then just look at the video, and know that the starting position is called backbird, the ending one is called reverse bird.
It was at the monthly friday jam on Godthåbsgade in Frederiksberg on comfortable tatami-mats in a martial arts studio. For me, the pops (and especially the last one) were a huge success. I can't speak for Lea, but I was a little bit scared. It's a fast move, and I really, REALLY don't ever want to drop my flyers. With a higher risk, I get more nervous, but luckily, most the time it helps me focus. Acroyoga requires a lot of trust.
