Level: Working towards or improving your 2-arm handstand (which means everyone :D)
Location: Rådmandsgade 59, 2200, KBH
"Young" price: 170kr, "Grown-up" price: 250kr (cash or mobile pay after workshop - 20% goes to DDNF.DK)
1) Exercise progressions will be suited to your needs to give you an effective (and moderately painful) shoulder- and hip-mobility workout.
2) In the balance section, alignment and wall drills will warm you up to balance. Time will be made so I can personally spot everyone at least once and give pointers.
